DOCOsoft, a leading software and services provider to Lloyd’s of London and the broader insurance market, is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role sits within a period of significant growth for the business, as we expand our market presence and bring new products to market. This role is responsible for executing DOCOsoft’s marketing strategy and delivering high-impact, multi-channel marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and client engagement across key markets. Working closely with Business Development, Product, and Senior Leadership, you will ensure that marketing activity is effectively coordinated, commercially aligned, and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Execute DOCOsoft’s marketing strategy and plans: Ensure all activity is delivered effectively, on time, and aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Event management: Support the execution of industry marketing initiatives including customer events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Market liaison: Work closely with the market to understand industry trends and competitive offerings and use insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Lead and manage marketing team: Oversee and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Lead generation: Drive the delivery of lead generation programmes across multiple channels, including events, digital campaigns, webinars, content, and online activity to generate measurable pipeline impact and brand engagement with key buyers.
  • Brand and reputation management: Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications in line with established brand guidelines.
  • Digital marketing: Oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and paid channels, ensuring alignment to campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Marketing performance and reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
  • CRM management: Oversee the management and optimisation of CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring effective lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Sales enablement materials: Support the development and execution of sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product collateral to enable commercial teams.
  • Cross-company collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business priorities and supports revenue growth.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of marketing within Lloyd’s of London and the broader insurance market.
  • 10+ years’ experience delivering B2B marketing programmes, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience in delivering high-quality marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading a marketing team, with the ability to support coordination and delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and paid media.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting business development teams.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Experience in SaaS, InsurTech, financial services, or other B2B technology environments is advantageous.
