DOCOsoft is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge client operations and our delivery and technical teams across the CMS and VEW platforms in London.
You will lead discovery, define requirements, run workshops, and create user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating with Project Managers, Engineering, QA and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
The role offers hybrid work with occasional travel to client sites two to three days per week.
