- Deliver Outstanding Products: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from insight and ideation to delivery and launch. Drive data-informed decision-making using clear product KPIs (adoption, retention, performance). Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to deliver value quickly and consistently.
- Champion the Customer and Market: Maintain a deep understanding of the London Market, its trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics. Engage directly with clients, brokers, and market bodies to validate direction and identify emerging opportunities. Ensure every product decision is grounded in customer insight and measurable impact.
