Job Description

We’re seeking a visionary Global Head of Traffic Acquisition to lead our worldwide paid traffic strategy across multiple markets and products. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing a high-performing international team, managing global media partnerships, and driving data-led acquisition campaigns at scale. You'll be responsible for budget ownership, cross-regional coordination, and ensuring alignment with global business objectives while reporting directly to senior leadership.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Leads and develops a team of digital marketing professionals, recruiting team members and allocating resources based on the Products’ needs defined by the Management.
  • Coaches, cascades department goals, and conducts performance evaluation of the Team Leader.
  • Delegates tasks, sets deadlines, plans and prioritises workload on team, communicates this to the Team Leader.
Strategic Planning & Process Management
  • Defines department-level processes, communicates this to the team leader and team members and follows up on their integration and proper application.
  • Leads the products integration process into the Group’s and the Department’s established systems/processes.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Acts as first point of contact for the Board members, department leaders, product owners and managers concerning department-level projects, tasks and report requests (e.g. Finance, Legal).
  • Coordinates traffic acquisition related projects between multiple entities and/or teams within the Group, delegates sufficient resources according to products/project requirements.
Campaign & Media Management
  • Plans, coordinates and executes paid traffic acquisition strategies and campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and new product launches.
  • Responsible for the paid traffic acquisition activities of multiple products in the company.
  • Identifies and evaluates new media opportunities.
  • Negotiates, builds and fosters positive relationships with media partners.
  • Participates in media buy events, representing the company.
Budget & Performance Reporting
  • Manages budget allocation and reports costs to the company, updating necessary departments throughout the campaigns.
  • Develops strategic recommendations based on thorough analytics.
  • Reports regularly to the Line Manager/Board members.
Representation & Other Duties
  • Undertakes any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in media buying and digital marketing, with deep expertise across performance channels.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPL, CPI, and CPA.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B media buying and online marketing, with a pulse on current trends and innovations in the global traffic landscape.
