Role Description


The Events Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event timelines, managing vendor and venue communications, tracking registrations, and organizing event materials. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, updating event documentation, and assisting with marketing and promotional activities. The Events Coordinator will help monitor budgets, prepare reports, and ensure logistics, schedules, and deliverables are aligned to provide a seamless event experience. This position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


Qualifications



  • Event planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, logistics management, and on-site or virtual support.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, and internal teams.

  • Basic marketing and promotional skills, such as supporting event campaigns, email communications, and social media updates.

  • Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a professional workspace.

  • Experience in trade shows, conferences, or related event environments is highly beneficial.

  • Relevant education or training in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
