- A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
- Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
- Well‑presented, detail‑focused and professional
- Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
- Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
- A natural host who loves creating day making moments
