- Optimise all product listings, ensuring titles, A+ content, keywords and imagery are effective, on‑brand, and conversion‑focused.
- Build localised strategies tailored to each market, including translated content, region‑specific messaging and ad targeting.
- Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive sales while protecting profitability.
- Execute all Amazon advertising activity across all categories using Perpetua, including campaign planning, optimisation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver impactful display ad content that supports campaign goals.
- Define product launch plans for Amazon, deciding which products to launch in which markets and how to fulfil.
- Monitor competitor activity and potential dupes, escalating IP concerns and supporting brand protection.
- Report on key metrics (revenue, spend, ROAS, ACOS, etc.) and share regular insights and recommendations with the wider team.
- Work closely with the DTC and trade teams to align on business trends, using Amazon to complement broader commercial performance.
- Actively contribute to weekly trade meetings and be a key voice in shaping Amazon growth opportunities.
Desired experience:
- 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts across multiple countries.
- Strong experience using Helium 10 and Perpetua to deliver performance improvements.
- Proven ability to build marketplace strategies, hit commercial targets and manage advertising spend.
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of Amazon content best practices.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with inventory, operations, creative and DTC teams.
- Commercially minded with the ability to make strategic decisions and act fast.
- In‑house experience working with lifestyle or consumer product brands preferred.
The perks:
- You’ll be joining a glorious team of towel traders, with a shared mission to make the world brighter through colour and saving the planet.
- We have a fully stocked drinks fridge and more salt & vinegar snacks than you can shake a stick at.
- You’ll be involved in intense discussions, like whether a burger is a sandwich or not.
