Virtual MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Basingstoke (with some remote working following successful completion of training)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available, with Saturday shifts available.

About the Role
You’ll manage a diverse virtual caseload using our high‑tech, paper‑free systems – no red tape, just impactful care. Our proprietary AI Physio technology supports your clinical decision‑making and patient care, with specialist training provided to help you thrive in remote treatment methodologies.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage your remote clinical caseload, treating patients with a range of MSK conditions and goals.
- Conduct video consultations and prescribe tailored exercise treatment plans using DocHQ PhysioAI.
- Apply your advanced neuromusculoskeletal assessment skills to deliver effective, evidence-informed care.
- Use our integrated workflow system to manage appointments, clinical notes, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust management strategies to optimise outcomes.
- Ensure high standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient experience.

- Work closely with admin and support teams who manage patient bookings and system workflows.

Our virtual service was built to meet the needs of a modern workforce. Patients access care via video consultations from wherever they are, at home or at work, removing the barriers of geography, time and access.
Our approach blends expert clinical insight with cutting‑edge tech. You’ll use DocHQ PhysioAI to create personalised, adaptive treatment programmes that evolve with the patient’s recovery. Each patient benefits from a streamlined journey: fast triage, tailored plans, progress tracking and meaningful outcomes.
You’ll be supported by a clinical mentor, a dedicated admin team, and a digital platform that puts patient recovery first. Whether you\’re full‑time or part‑time, you’ll be a valued member of a collaborative, growing clinical team that shares your passion for advancing physiotherapy in a smarter, more accessible way.
What We’re Looking For
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (2:2 or above)
- HCPC registration
- CSP membership
- At least 2 years of MSK experience
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Confident, effective communication with patients
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
