Help Redefine Physiotherapy with AI-Powered Care

Are you a newly qualified or early-career physiotherapist looking to combine your clinical skills with cutting-edge health technology? At DocHQ , we’re revolutionising MSK care through AI and digital delivery – and this is your chance to be part of it.

We’re looking for a Physio Analyst to join our office-based Command Centre , where you’ll work alongside our senior and virtual physio teams to monitor, review, and optimise treatment plans created using our innovative DocHQ PhysioAI tool.

If you're excited by digital health, and passionate about patient outcomes, this is the perfect launchpad for your career.

About the Role

As a Physio Analyst in our Command Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our AI-enabled care model. You won’t be holding patient consultations directly. Instead, you’ll play a key supporting role behind the scenes, helping to ensure our treatment plans are clinically sound, appropriate, and progressing effectively.

You’ll collaborate closely with our remote physiotherapists (who conduct the assessments and build plans) and our senior clinicians (who provide clinical oversight). You’ll help monitor patient journeys, track progress, and flag issues where clinical escalation may be needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated exercise plans and patient progress data via the DocHQ Command Centre
  • Identify when a patient may need further review or escalation based on symptoms, feedback or progress
  • Collaborate with remote physiotherapists to optimise treatment plans and ensure consistency
  • Provide internal clinical support to the wider team, including QA checks on exercise prescription
  • Assist in refining clinical pathways and workflows with feedback from real patient journeys
  • Participate in team meetings and service development discussions
  • Gain experience and mentorship from senior physiotherapists, with clear progression routes

What We’re Looking For

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (2:2 or above)
  • HCPC registration (or pending for new graduates)
  • Strong interest in MSK and evidence-based practice
  • Confident using digital platforms and tools – tech-savvy and curious
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and innovating physiotherapy
  • Experience or knowledge of AI, digital health, or remote patient care
  • Familiarity with exercise prescription software or outcome monitoring tools

Why Join DocHQ?

This is an exciting opportunity to start your physiotherapy career in a non-traditional, forward-thinking role. You’ll be surrounded by senior clinicians and tech specialists, gaining early exposure to innovation and leadership.

We offer real career progression pathways – whether into remote clinical roles, team leadership, training and QA, or digital health project work.

At DocHQ, we’re building the future of physiotherapy, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
