Pay & Package

  • Hours: 42 hours per week (full-time)
  • Location: NE23 1WG
  • Hourly Pay Rates:
    • Emergency Care Assistant (PAYE) – Days £15.75 per hour
    • Emergency Care Assistant (PAYE) – Nights (Monday–Thursday) £16.40 per hour
    • Emergency Care Assistant (PAYE) – Nights (Friday–Sunday) £17.25 per hour

Shift Patterns

4 on / 5 off (24/7 rota including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays)

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
  • Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (FREC 4) or Level 3 Diploma in Ambulance Emergency and Urgent Care Support
  • Previous patient-facing or frontline experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Calm, compassionate, and professional approach
  • Ability to successfully complete all safer recruitment checks including:
    • Enhanced DBS check
    • Occupational Health clearance
    • Right to Work checks
    • Driving licence checks
    • Employment reference checks
