About the Opportunity: The Senior Solutions Consultant – 365Talents Overlay drives Sales of the 365Talents platform across new prospects and existing customers. This individual is directly accountable for demos, guiding trials, and technical validation for all 365Talents opportunities. They partner with SCs on net-new deals and CSMs on expansion to position 365Talents as a complement to Docebo.

You will demonstrate a unique mix of technical fluency, storytelling skill and organisational leadership. Work comfortably cross-functionally, guide others through change and think both tactically and strategically. Showing passion for shaping how solutions are sold - not just closing deals, but building scalable systems and frameworks others can follow!

Responsibilities:

  • Function 1: Strategic Opportunity Support
  • Discovery & Solution Design: Lead discovery conversations that uncover not just technical requirements but business goals, change management challenges, stakeholder dynamics, and success criteria. Design solutions that map Docebo's capabilities to the prospect's full project scope.
  • Demo Delivery: Deliver punchy, personalised demos tailored to each prospect's use cases and language - avoiding feature-dumps in favour of storytelling and impact-driven narratives.
  • SC Partnership: Partner with primary SCs on Docebo-led opportunities to position 365Talents as a powerful, complementary solution.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership: Serve as pre-sales lead for all opportunities where 365Talents is central to the solution.
  • Customer Expansion: Collaborate with CSMs to identify and advance upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Complex Deal Support: Support SCs and AEs on complex or high-value 365Talents deals across regions and segments.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as trusted advisor to AEs, CSMs, and customers, aligning 365Talents to enterprise talent strategies.
  • Function 2: Go-to-Market Definition
    • Demo Strategy: Contribute to development of 365Talents demo flows including story sequencing, visual polish and scenario-based structure.
    • Best Practices: Contribute to best practices for selling, demoing and storytelling across net-new and expansion motions.
    • Trial Framework: Assist with defining trial strategy, evaluation frameworks and success criteria for 365Talents assessments.
    • Enablement Assets: Create and maintain internal playbooks, enablement content and reusable assets to scale the overlay motion.
    • Joint Platform Story: Assist with defining how we best tell the story of Docebo + 365Talents together - including joint value propositions and demo sequencing.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Must have previous in pre-sales, solution consulting or product consulting within enterprise SaaS across EMEA.
    • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience with HCM, talent intelligence or skills platforms highly preferred; LMS platform knowledge desirable.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of skills taxonomies, internal mobility, AI-driven recommendations and HRIS integrations.
    • Process Development: Experience developing demo flows, trial frameworks and internal best practices.
    • Cross-Functional Skills: Proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence deal strategy and define scalable sales motions.
    • Communication: Excellent presentation and cross-functional alignment skills.
    • Other European Languages is preferred for this role.
