The Adventure Ahead
We are looking for a driven BDR to join a fun and fast-growing team where you will support the wider sales team by identifying and qualifying new opportunities with potential Docebo clients. Your 'self-starter' attitude and drive to achieve goals while thriving in a competitive, fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this role, opening up genuine career progression opportunities within our business as we continue to scale up. By sparking the very first conversations with future clients, you will act as the catalyst for our global growth and directly impact how organizations around the world experience the future of learning.
The Day-to-Day
- Spark Conversations: Contact potential clients via outbound calling; establishing rapport, questioning, listening, matching, and closing opportunities.
- Fuel the Pipeline: Qualify warm leads that come through our inbound marketing channels (webinars, contact us forms, events, etc.).
- Craft Personal Experiences: Create and send targeted and personalized emails, as well as leveraging social selling through LinkedIn.
- Unite for Success: Work together with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and excellent customer journey.
- Master the Product: Develop a strong understanding of Docebo’s products and how they might benefit different prospects.
- Crush Your Targets: Maintain and balance a consistent level of outbound and inbound activity; achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Nurture and Track: Develop a database of prospects, keep regular contact with them, and track and report daily activities using our internal CRM.
