About Us
We’re Doccla, and we’re redefining where and how healthcare is delivered. Our Virtual Ward and Remote Monitoring Solutions enable hospitals and health systems to care for patients at home. We support patients across the full care journey from early discharge and acute recovery to long-term condition management and proactive care. We provide everything clinicians need to deliver safe, effective Virtual Care: medical-grade devices, logistics, patient onboarding, EHR integration, and an end‑to‑end clinical platform built around real‑world workflows. We currently work with over 60% of NHS ICBs and supporting health systems across the UK, Ireland, France, and the DACH region to reduce hospital pressure, improve outcomes, and create a more resilient model of care.

Why Join Us?
This is your chance to join Doccla at a key stage in our growth. We’re building the category leader in Virtual Care and Remote Patient Monitoring. You’ll be part of a highly entrepreneurial, mission‑driven team that combines expertise across clinical, technical, commercial, and operational domains. We’re solving real problems for patients and health systems and growing fast.

What You’ll Do as an Enrolment Team Leader
As the Enrolment Team Leader, you will build and lead a high‑performance department responsible for the critical first stage of the patient journey: recruitment and adoption. You will manage a team of up to 10 Enrolment Specialists (ES) whose mission is to contact eligible patients, explain the benefits of Doccla’s proactive care, and successfully convert them into active service users. This is a new role in a new department; we need a leader who can identify why patients say “no,” challenge our current scripts, and provide senior management with the ground‑level insights needed to scale our success.

What Experience You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Recruitment & adoption drive: lead the team to proactively call eligible patients, explaining how the free remote monitoring service improves daily quality of life.
  • Sales & conversion mindset: analyse refusal trends and coach specialists to overcome objections, transforming hesitant calls into confirmed service adoptions.
  • End‑to‑end enrolment oversight: ensure the team effectively guides patients through the full onboarding flow: providing consent, logging into the platform, and submitting their first baseline questionnaire.
  • Strategic optimisation: actively challenge existing workflows to recommend better ways to recruit patients and streamline the path to adoption.
  • Reporting to management: provide clear, data‑driven summaries to leadership on conversion rates, barriers to enrolment, and actionable plans to improve efficiency.
  • Team development & training: onboard new joiners and conduct side‑by‑side coaching to refine patient engagement, empathy, and resilience.
  • Retention & churn prevention: oversee conversations with patients considering leaving the program, identifying root causes and working to support their continued engagement.
  • KPI management: drive a high‑performance environment where results are tracked via a team leaderboard to meet and exceed targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience: proven success managing teams (ideally 8‑10 people) in a target‑driven, outbound recruitment or sales environment.
  • A “builder” mindset: comfortable in a new department where you must be flexible and identify ways to improve the existing status quo.
  • Persuasive communication: ability to coach staff on how to build instant trust, dispel fears about technology, and handle concerns about scams or complexity.
  • Analytical grit: you enjoy diving into the "why" behind the numbers to find efficiency gains and speak up with recommendations.
  • Technical literacy: comfortable using Zendesk and the Doccla platform to track every interaction and ensure quality control.

How We Work

To thrive here, you’ll need a can‑do attitude and an action‑oriented approach, along with a willingness to learn and grow through open feedback. We’re a hybrid team, with offices in London, Denmark, Germany. Most of our team is London‑based and enjoys in‑person time at our WeWork HQ 1–3 days per week, where you’ll find great lunch, barista coffee, and a pet‑friendly space. Some of our teams are fully remote, depending on the team and responsibilities.
