What You’ll Do as a Logistics Associate:
- Preparation of devices for patients: packing boxes of equipment, decontaminating medical devices, testing medical devices, setting up mobile phones
- Logistics processes: managing devices, updating asset management logs, updating logistics tickets, clearly communicating with other team members about the status of deliveries
- Following standard operating procedures and policies, particularly relating to patient safety and information governance
- Securely and sensitively handling confidential patient data.

What Experience You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Previous work experience, preferably experience of working under time pressure
- Experience of working independently with minimal supervision and following specific instructions to meet hard deadlines
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or stock management preferable
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and Office software
- Clear communicator
- High attention to detail
- Highly diligent
- Motivated to work in healthcare
- Ability to lift boxes up to 15 kg.
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods.

- Available to work full time from the Wembley Warehouse
- Willing to work some weekends and evenings
- Based in the UK and not requiring a visa
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Able to work on your feet for periods of a few hours.
