Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Stowmarket.

IMMEDIATE STARTS are available for this role.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided, but you will be required to complete manual handling (up to 15kg). This is a physically demanding role.

Duties

  • Filling large industrial products under the supervision of a Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • The regular essential maintenance of equipment and machines (e.g. greasing & general maintenance) to reduce breakdowns and downtime due to machine failure.
  • Ensure that the workshop is tidy and maintained to a high standard.
  • To support colleagues in the tyre-fitting Team as and when required.
  • Promote a Health & Safety-conscious working environment, in line with Company Health & Safety procedures.
  • Support a positive culture of continuous improvement within the Company.

Hours

  • Basic 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 07.00am 15.30pm
  • Overtime available
