Doc Plus is looking for a calm, capable and proactive Operations & Administrative Assistant to support our growing team across our established clinic in Newton Mearns and our new clinics in Bearsden and Glasgow. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, confident with systems, and ready to get involved wherever needed. We are looking for a real go-getter who can support day-to-day operations, help improve processes, and play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly as we grow.
The role will include a mix of:
- Administrative support across the business
- Assisting with business development activity
- Supporting operational systems and internal processes
- Helping create and maintain SOPs, policies and internal documents
- Website support and general digital admin
- Supporting the smooth running of our clinics
- Assisting with baby scanning services and related operations
- Helping the team with practical tasks that support current and future growth
