DOC Cleaning is looking for a practical, organised and professional People Advisor to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract, initially for 6 months. This role has been created to support the People and Culture Team during a period of maternity leave. It is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who enjoys supporting managers and employees, handling varied people matters, and contributing to a busy, service-focused business.
The role will provide first-line HR advice, administrative support and casework assistance across a wide range of people-related matters, including:
- Employee relations
- TUPE administration
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- HR systems
- Reporting
- General People Team processes
You will work closely with the People Advisory Team, managers and employees to ensure people processes are effective.
