A prestigious global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its London finance team. Reporting to the Head of Partnership Tax, you will manage the full tax compliance cycle for the LLP, its members and corporate entities.
This is a key role offering the opportunity to take ownership of tax processes and contribute to improvements within a high-performing international firm.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare UK LLP and corporate tax computations
- Manage member tax returns and annual tax statements
- Oversee PAYE Settlement Agreement and other compliance obligations
- Liaise with HMRC and manage tax-related correspondence
- Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impact
- Identify process improvements and technology enhancements
- Support senior leadership with tax analysis and reporting
- Qualified CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent
- Strong UK tax compliance experience
- Background in professional services (legal sector advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel and tax software experience
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
