We have an unmissable opportunity for a Senior Tax Lawyer to join the corporate team of an award winning, high profile national law firm. The role can be based in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds or Lancashire (hybrid).
This is a senior position so we are looking for candidates upwards of 7 years PQE to join at either Legal Director or Partner level. You will have expertise in advising on a range of corporate tax matters including M&A Transactions, corporate restructuring and Real Estate.
You will have exposure to high profile clients in a wide range of sectors, collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to ensure tax efficient structuring of complex commercial transactions.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK Tax laws and regulations and excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
