How can it be that as a MD your expected to do everything, you can ask the team to assist but the realism is they are doing their job, so it comes to a point where you need a right-hand person to help deal with the daily role across multiple businesses and divisions. This is exactly what’s needed by the MD of this growing fashion manufacturing business. They are looking for PA (Personal Assistant) to assist him with diary management, booking meetings, arranging travel and itineraries, booking social events, managing a very active inbox and responding where required, taking notes in meetings and follow ups, whilst of course being a gate keeper. In addition, helping with the bones of social life, booking family holiday, appointments etc.
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
Recent and solid experience working as a PA within a fast pace commercial business .
Previous and recent experience managing an inbox, booking meetings, restaurants, travel.
Able to take notes quickly in meetings and follow up .
Happy to deal with personal arrangements (down to picking up dry cleaning )
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), particularly in email and phone decorum.
Eligible to work in the UK and in the Uxbridge area (or easy commute ) there is no hybrid working
