As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's extensive network of brokers, helping them navigate applications, documentation and customer requirements while building long-term professional relationships.

The Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of brokers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for broker enquiries
  • Support brokers throughout the application process
  • Assist with application forms, documentation and electronic signatures
  • Liaise with underwriting and operational teams to ensure smooth processing
  • Provide regular updates and exceptional customer service

About You
