You’ll work on complex, high-value disputes across adjudication, litigation, mediation and arbitration, advising major housing associations, developers, contractors and property investors on:
- Building safety and remediation claims
- Construction defects and warranty disputes
- Adjudications and TCC litigation
- Final accounts, insolvency and delay claims
- Post-Grenfell and Building Safety Act matters
The team is nationally recognised for its expertise in social housing and remediation work, acting for many of the UK’s largest housing providers and handling industry-leading cases.
