An exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Risk Team within a transatlantic law firm. This role will play a key part in supporting the firm’s new business intake and conflicts function, with a strong focus on ABA conflicts analysis alongside SRA regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analysing complex conflicts issues
  • Supporting conflict resolution
  • Drafting waivers and engagement documentation
  • Advising stakeholders on ABA and SRA rules
  • Acting as a key liaison between UK Partners and the US Conflicts team
  • Supporting the development and training of junior team members

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience handling ABA conflicts within a law firm or corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of SRA and ABA conflicts rules
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience reviewing complex conflicts issues and drafting waivers/consents
  • Proficiency in Intapp preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
