An exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Risk Team within a transatlantic law firm. This role will support the conflicts function, working across both SRA and ABA conflicts rules, with a strong focus on ABA analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing conflict searches
- Conducting preliminary conflicts analysis
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining conflicts records
- Supporting the wider business on conflict clearance processes
The role will also involve close collaboration with senior Risk professionals and US-based Conflicts teams.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in conflicts, compliance, or analytical research within a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Intapp preferred
- Prior exposure to ABA conflicts rules beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
