Team Administrator – Securitisation
An established, full-service law firm is looking for an experienced Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to its Securitisation department.
The team handles property transactions for clients including registered providers of social housing, care homes, charities and private developers.
The role
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and photocopying.
- Manage post-completion registrations with the Land Registry and FCA.
- Check completed documentation thoroughly and send it to the relevant parties.
- Organise and maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy files.
- Manage post-completion archiving.
- Assist with marketing and business development materials when required.
- Monitor workload capacity and provide regular updates to the Team Administrative Coordinator and Line Manager.

- One to two years’ experience in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards of work.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including auto-numbering, bookmarks and tracked changes.
- Experience coordinating and formatting large documents.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
