If you're CeMAP qualified, enjoy advising customers, and want a steady flow of quality enquiries without spending your day chasing leads, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Opportunity
You'll be advising customers who already have an existing mortgage and are looking at Second Charge lending solutions for home improvements, debt consolidation, business investment and other borrowing requirements.
With a dedicated in-house marketing team generating a consistent flow of warm inbound enquiries, you'll be able to focus on what you do best—building relationships, giving great advice and writing business.
What You'll Need
- CeMAP qualified with residential mortgage advising experience.
- Confident managing a wide range of customer circumstances, including more complex cases.
- A customer-first approach with strong compliance standards.
