We are seeking a talented and ambitious Barrister, or Solicitor/Advocate with Higher Rights, to join a growing in-house advocacy team specialising in Housing Disrepair. This is an exciting opportunity for an advocate who thrives in court, enjoys autonomy, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking firm where their role can evolve beyond traditional advocacy work.
This is a hands-on advocacy position focused primarily on Housing Disrepair matters, with responsibility for attending hearings, interim applications, and trials, while working closely with a dynamic and collaborative legal team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality advocacy while helping shape the future direction of the department and wider firm initiatives.
