We have an exciting position in the specialist Property Lettings & Revenue team of a national law firm in the Liverpool office. This team offers services including:

  • Tenancy document drafting & review
  • Bespoke contracts & agreements
  • Notices & Court applications
  • Possession claims
  • Revenue Recovery
  • Defended Claims
  • Industry training & updates

This role will involve working on a range of matters to include producing notices and Court applications, possession claims, revenue recovery, defended claims and other matters, such as delivering industry training and updates on the law.

What we are looking for:

Suitable candidates will be experienced in this type of work and will be able to undertake a caseload with little supervision. You will have support from the wider team based in the South of England whilst you build up the offering in the Liverpool office. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person. Not only will you be the first Property Lettings and Revenue lawyer in the Liverpool office, you will have the opportunity to develop the department and build a team as you build the firm's presence in Liverpool and the wider North West area. You will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent and have a minimum of around 4 years experience in this area of law.
