Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Partner looking for a platform to grow your practice and make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join a highly regarded property team with a strong reputation, loyal client base, and a track record of delivering high-quality work across the SME and national business markets.

You'll advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, lenders, landowners and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, secured lending and landlord & tenant matters. Alongside leading complex transactions, you'll play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, strengthening client relationships and driving business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
  • Existing client following and proven business development success.
  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters.
  • Leadership experience and a passion for developing teams.
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and client-focused approach.
