We’re working with a growing boutique law firm in Liverpool that has Housing Disrepair at the heart of its practice, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor or equivalent with extensive litigation expertise.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigator who thrives in a fast-paced claimant environment in a hands-on fee earning position.
You’ll manage your own caseload of litigated Housing Disrepair matters, while overseeing and mentoring the junior team. This is a collaborative, high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in driving performance, sharing expertise, and shaping best practice across the department.
What we’re looking for:
Strong claimant Housing Disrepair expertise
Excellent litigator
Proven experience managing or supervising a team
Ability to handle a full caseload independently
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills
Experience reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Someone who can balance fee earning with leadership responsibilities
