A well-established property and block management organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Leasehold Credit Control Manager to join its finance team. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in leasehold, service charge, or property credit control who is confident managing high-value arrears, legal processes, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of leasehold accounts, collecting service charges and ground rent
  • Oversee aged debt, disputes, and recovery strategies to reduce debtor days
  • Issue reminder notices, final demands, and pre-legal correspondence
  • Liaise with external solicitors on arrears and legal cases
  • Prepare documentation for legal action and track case progress
  • Produce regular aged debt reports and updates for senior management
