We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to help set up a new commercial property offering in the Liverpool office of a national law firm. This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make the position your own, while benefiting from the expertise, support and resources of an established Commercial Property department. The Role
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, and leases
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Building and developing a caseload from existing and new client referrals
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm's other offices
