We’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Liverpool.
This is an opportunity to work alongside recognised experts in a genuinely partner-led environment — with real responsibility, direct client exposure and the chance to build your profile on challenging, business-critical matters.
The Role
You’ll manage your own varied caseload while supporting on larger, high-calibre disputes across a broad range of sectors. Matters include:
- Contractual and shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters
- Injunctions and contentious probate
- Property and lease disputes
- Other complex commercial litigation matters
You’ll be trusted to run files from instruction through to settlement or trial, while working closely with experienced partners who are invested in your development and progression.
What We’re Looking For
We want a commercially minded litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution
- Strong knowledge of the CPR and litigation procedure
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Confidence managing your own caseload independently
- A proactive, commercially aware approach
- An interest in business development and growing your profile
