A leading UK law firm with a nationally recognised social housing practice is looking to recruit an experienced Housing Management & Property Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Leeds team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded team acting for registered providers, local authorities, private landlords, developers and care providers across England and Wales.
The Role
- You’ll manage your own varied caseload covering:
- Possession proceedings
- Injunctions and ASB matters
- Housing disrepair claims
- Property litigation
- Housing management advisory work and policy advice
- You’ll also support senior lawyers on complex matters, supervise junior team members and play an active role in client relationships, training and business development.
About You
- You will be:
- A Solicitor, FCILEx (with Civil Litigation Practice Rights) or Barrister
- 3+ years PQE with experience in housing management and/or property litigation
- Confident running your own caseload
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Organised, proactive and resilient under pressure
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Experience supervising junior staff or paralegals would be advantageous.
