What you'll do:
- Support fee earners across adjudication, arbitration, TCC and First-tier Tribunal proceedings
- Draft advice on payments, delays, defects, insurance and building/fire safety compliance
- Manage case timelines, liaise with experts, clients and barristers
- Research case law and legislative developments, feeding into client updates
What you'll need:
- Strong academic record (LPC/SQE 1 a bonus, not a must)
- Sharp drafting and communication skills
- Previous Litigation experience is desirable but not essential
