We’re working with an amazing business that has an exciting portfolio of fast-growing menswear brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, social‑first individual with a passion for street‑level menswear, who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, and wants to build a long-term career in fashion, brand, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, edit and publish engaging short‑form content (TikTok, Reels)
  • Create video and static content tailored to different brand identities
  • Stay ahead of trends and react to content opportunities
  • Support campaigns, product drops and brand launches
  • Shape the look, tone and voice of each brand online
  • Manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Develop creative ideas and pitch content concepts
  • Work with influencers and UGC creators (outreach, briefs, coordination)
  • Support community engagement and organic growth

Qualifications (must haves)

  • Proven experience creating TikTok/Instagram Reels content for a fashion business
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
  • A portfolio showcasing content you’ve personally filmed and edited
  • A real passion for menswear, fashion and social culture
  • Confident, proactive and comfortable being behind or in front of the camera
  • First‑class communication skills and a team‑player attitude
  • Commutable to Manchester daily and eligible to work in the UK
