Specialist Mortgage Advisor – Second Charge Lending

Location- Hybrid role based in Bristol

Salary- £35,000 – £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £60,000+

About the Role

An established and growing specialist finance brokerage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a background in second charge lending. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to join a high-performing team within a supportive and dynamic environment. Leads and enquiries are provided through a combination of company-generated business, introducers, and professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, proactive and client-focused mortgage advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the lending journey
  • Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with lenders, clients and third parties involved in the process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and lending partners
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records using the company CRM system
  • Follow internal compliance procedures and maintain detailed case records
  • Liaise with clients before and after application submission
  • Support review and referral strategies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team development

  • Good understanding of property finance solutions and exit strategies
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
