As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's extensive network of brokers, helping them navigate applications, documentation and customer requirements while building long-term professional relationships.
The RoleWorking closely with brokers and internal departments, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of brokers
- Act as the primary point of contact for broker enquiries
- Support brokers throughout the application process
- Assist with application forms, documentation and electronic signatures
- Liaise with underwriting and operational teams to ensure smooth processing
- Provide regular updates and exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to maximise broker engagement and business growth
- Ensure all communications and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Relationship Management or Financial Services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Good attention to detail
