Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in asset finance or financial services? We're working with a well-established lender looking for a Payouts Executive to join their friendly operations team on a 12‑month maternity contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll play a key role in ensuring finance agreements are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for customers, brokers and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities of the role:

  • Processing and activating asset finance agreements accurately and efficiently
  • Managing payout administration and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Carrying out verification calls and responding to customer and broker enquiries
  • Liaising with Underwriting and Sales Support teams to keep applications progressing smoothly
  • Maintaining accurate records and system updates
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within Asset Finance, particularly within Payouts, Sales Support or Operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
  • The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience using CRM systems would be an advantage.
