A leading specialist advisory firm is seeking a RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join its Retail team. This role focuses on valuing going concern retail and roadside trading assets including convenience stores, petrol filling stations and garden centres. You will be responsible for preparing detailed valuation reports, applying appropriate methodologies, and maintaining full RICS compliance. You will also build strong relationships with banks, operators, accountants and other professional contacts, contributing to business development and market growth.

Key Responsibilities
