We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing financial services business based in Northamptonshire. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's extensive network of brokers, helping them navigate applications, documentation and customer requirements while building long-term professional relationships.

The Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of brokers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for broker enquiries
  • Support brokers throughout the application process
  • Assist with application forms, documentation and electronic signatures
  • Liaise with underwriting and operational teams to ensure smooth processing
  • Provide regular updates and exceptional customer service
  • Identify opportunities to maximise broker engagement and business growth
  • Ensure all communications and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently

About You

  • Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Relationship Management or Financial Services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good attention to detail

Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Lending, Insurance or Mortgage sectors is preferred but not essential. The company offers excellent training and ongoing support, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within financial services.
