We are actively recruiting for a Mortgage Broker Role to be based in Edinburgh and covering Scotland. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading and award-winning Mortgages Brokerage.
Here are some of the responsibilities of the role:
- Attend and host networking events on a regular basis to drive the business brand and introduction levels.
- Achieve monthly net income goal by managing pipeline on a daily basis and driving deals to completion.
- Provide world-class customer service to both client and introducer, keeping all informed on a weekly basis of progress of deals.
- Work closely with a dedicated assistant Commercial Manager to form a close-knit team to ensure clients' needs are met and outstanding customer service delivered.
- Carry out regular communication with brokers & client bank via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. and build a strong social media presence to complement that of the company.
- Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of commercial finance.
- Meet clients face to face to understand their business and fully understand their funding requirements.
- Underwrite cases before submitting to lenders to ensure the correct funding is applied for and the correct lenders approached.
- Work with clients from initial meeting to drawdown of funds ensuring that the process is seamless and that the client receives world-class customer service at all times.
- Work with existing clients to ensure the clients' ongoing funding requirements are met and achieved.
The company is offering an excellent starting salary of Circa £35k-£45k and upwards with a great bonus structure which increases drastically when set targets are reached. You will be offered an 18-month training and support package upon starting, annual trips abroad, hybrid working, and an outstanding OTE.
