Production & Approvals Coordinator – Global Fashion Business

Location: London

Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid Working

We are supporting a fast-growing, international fashion supplier with a broad global reach. This role focuses on ensuring products meet the highest standards before they reach the market, coordinating samples, and liaising with factories worldwide to deliver collections on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the approval process for samples and concepts across men’s and women’s leisurewear.
  • Ensure products meet design specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee sample management, approvals, and sizing/quality checks.
  • Act as a bridge between design, product development, and international factories.
  • Support smooth workflows to keep production on track and globally competitive.

About You

  • Proven and recent experience in fast-fashion production, apparel approvals, or sample management within a UK high street supplier or UK retailer.
  • Strong background in assessing samples for fit, quality, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across teams and with global partners.
  • Organised, detail-driven, and a strong team player.
  • London-based, with eligibility to work in the UK.
