We are seeking an experienced Protection Team Leader to manage and develop a team of Protection Advisers within a regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, coaching advisers, monitoring compliance standards, managing recruitment and development, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Protection Advisers.
- Drive sales performance and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct call listening, quality reviews and performance coaching.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and team development.
- Handle complaints, performance management and HR-related matters.
- Ensure FCA, Consumer Duty and compliance standards are maintained.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and produce management reporting.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' advised protection sales experience.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and T&C requirements.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
