An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join a growing, well-established financial services business specialising in the medical and dental sectors.
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work with business owners and healthcare professionals, arranging funding for acquisitions, business growth, refinancing and expansion.
You'll benefit from a strong pipeline of opportunities, an established lender network, and the support of an experienced, collaborative team.
You’ll be responsible for
- Advising clients on commercial finance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sourcing and negotiating competitive funding packages through a wide lender panel.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.
- Managing multiple transactions from enquiry through to completion.
- Developing new business opportunities while delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Ensuring all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards.
You’ll ideally have
- Previous experience in commercial finance, banking or business finance broking.
- Knowledge of the medical and/or dental sectors (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
