Our client is a global business with over 500 head office staff that focus on fashion and sportswear for several key big-name sports and fashion retailers. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to work in partnership and help their clients tell the world about the products they have produced for them.
Responsibilities:
- Make a plan for how you’ll promote the company’s products and get more customers.
- Run marketing campaigns — creating ads, writing emails, posting on social media, organizing events, and more.
- Manage the budget — decide how much money to spend on each activity and ensure it’s used wisely.
- Work with designers, customers, and agencies to create materials like posters, videos, and online ads.
- Conduct research — learn about customers and competitors to improve our marketing.
- Create content — write blog posts, emails, social media updates, and other materials.
- Track results — measure how well campaigns are doing and look for ways to improve.
- Collaborate with key retailers to ensure all are working toward the same goals.
- Maintain brand consistency — ensure everything promoted looks and sounds like the company.
- Stay up to date — learn about new marketing tools and trends.
Skills You’ll Need:
- 4–7 years working in fashion clothing or sportswear retail, product marketing.
- Experience running successful campaigns with examples to show success.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing).
- Experience working with external partners.
- Knowledge of the UK and European markets.
- A passion for sport and fashion.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to manage several projects at once.
- Experience with online marketing tools (like Google Ads, HubSpot, or social media platforms).
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Creative and willing to try new ideas.
- Some experience leading or mentoring others is helpful.
- Commutable to London and eligible to work in the UK.
