We have been working with this growing 10-year-old menswear supplier for a number of years. They started very small and have organically built a reputation for great products for menswear casual brands and retailers in the UK. They are looking to add to the workforce an experienced Wholesale / Import Merchandiser who will be a linchpin in the business due to ongoing success.
DUTIES:
- The Wholesale / Import Merchandiser will be liaising with retail buyers, the design team, supporting staff, and external suppliers.
- Work closely with tech and design teams to gather all information for sampling and costing.
- Deal with costings and lead time negotiation.
- Confirm and raise orders.
- Manage sample and trim management.
- Manage the critical path from order to delivery via factories and retailers.
- Liaise with shipping.
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED:
