A leading global law firm is seeking a PMO Support Officer to join its Change team in Liverpool on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support high-profile strategic programmes, including business transformation and AI-focused initiatives. You’ll work closely with Programme and Project Managers, helping to coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, track risks and reporting, and support the roll out of new project management tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and coordination support to programme teams
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards
- Supporting governance and project delivery processes
- Assisting with stakeholder communication and meeting coordination
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and PMO tooling
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous PMO or project support experience
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project governance and delivery methodologies
- Proficient in MS365 tools including MS Project and Planner
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Working pattern:
Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30, with at least 3 days per week in the Liverpool office. Flexible working options will be considered.
