We're looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join a well-established business supplying engineering and industrial products to customers across a range of sectors. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing customer relationships and providing tailored solutions that genuinely add value.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, industrial and construction sectors
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and solutions
  • Preparing quotations, following up enquiries and managing the sales process from initial contact through to order
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Providing excellent after-sales support and building long-term client relationships
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments and new product ranges
  • Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using the CRM system

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role
  • Experience within engineering, industrial supplies or technical products would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Confident managing your own workload and pipeline
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A full UK driving licence if the role involves customer visits
