Our client is a fast-growing, directly authorised mortgage brokerage seeking an experienced and qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their expanding team. They are looking for passionate, people-focused advisers to be based at their Head Office in Ilford, Essex, supporting clients with expert mortgage and protection advice.
The Role
- Engage with clients to fully understand their mortgage and protection requirements.
- Provide clear, compliant, and honest advice across a wide range of mortgage and protection products.
- Support clients throughout the full home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Keep up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and regulatory changes.
About You
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser in a whole-of-market environment.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine, client-focused approach.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline effectively.
- Experience in Commercial Finance is advantageous but not essential.
